Unite for Change: Transforming Cardiovascular Care for People Living with Multiple Interconnected Chronic Conditions

A policy agenda built on 5 key joint asks for integrated, equitable and people centred care.
We are delighted to see our ICPO and ECPO advocate for obesity Maura Murphy have a quote included in this important report.
See page 19.
A unified global, patient-led report launched by Global Heart Hub, created collaboratively by 165 delegates across 34 countries, calling for urgent action and a clear roadmap to transform outcomes for people living with cardiovascular and interconnected conditions worldwide.
Global Heart Hub is urging us to act now!
“The EU Cardiovascular Health Plan is moving forward – and we now are focusing our efforts in ensuring that dedicated, multi-year EU funding for CV health is secured in the upcoming EU budget planning process.
We are now in the critical period of EU budget discussions – what we do right now will directly shape whether cardiovascular health receives the funding it urgently needs.
You can send a letter to your Minister of Finance asking them to make funding for CV health a priority. A template letter can be provided, please contact us for details.
Eyes are on the patient community right now, and this will demonstrate just how strong and unified our voice can be”
